Meet Dr. Jokay
Dr. Martin Jokay completed a 4 year Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto specializing in Physiology in 1985. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery also at U of T in 1989 and then participated in a one year hospital GPR at Toronto Western Hospital from 1989 to 1990. Oral and Maxillofacial surgery training was completed at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montfiore Medical Centre in the Bronx New York in 1994. He obtained his Fellowship in the Royal College of Dentists (Canada) in the fall of 1994. Since completing his residency he has practiced in Peterborough, Ontario for the past 21 years. He is an active staff practitioner at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre where he is also chief of dentistry. Dr. Jokay also has priviledges at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg and at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay.
